SERGIO AGUILAR ESCALANTE
Physical Engineer and Master in Environmental Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán; He has a diploma in Design Thinking and several courses of trademarks and intellectual property.
He has over 10 years of experience in the environmental area and more than 100 environmental impact studies of real estate projects, coastal and port works and renewable energy. He has collaborated in environmental supervision of projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and in studies of Climate Change with the National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change (INECC).
In the area of renewable energies, he has been technically responsible for the design of an energy storage system for hydraulic pumping and is part of the Mexican Center for Innovation in Ocean Energy (CEMIE-Océano) in the business unit.
He has participated in 5 innovation projects supported by CONACYT which resulted in the generation of 2 new brands for: “Wildlife monitoring system in remote environments, INHOS” and “LODEC decontamination system,” as well as the application of 3 utility models and one patent.
Currently he is the manager of technical development, performing the standardization of services, quality management and human development.
JUAN CARLOS OSEGUEDA MORALES
Tech Specialist in Axis Ingeniería. He has a Bachlor’s degree for Mechatronical Engineering from the Autonomous University of Yucatán (UADY), focused on the development of control systems, based on the use of programmable electronic circuits.
He has participated in several technological projects in which he works as an author and inventor in certain aspects of programming and equipment electronics for specific applications, among which stands out an International patent which is in process before the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property (IMPI). Participant and speaker at the World Congress of the Jaguar Cancún Quintana Roo; speaker at the International Conference on Integrated Management in Coastal Areas in Santiago de Cuba.
He is currently studying his Master’s degree in Renewable Energy at the Marist University in Mérida, Yucatán, México.
