Description:
The project consisted in the development of an exclusive residential complex with an area of more than 300ha. Its location is in the North of Mérida in an ecosystem of high environmental restrictions due to its great biological diversity.
Axis Services:
From the execution of access to the site to provide the complex with basic infrastructure, over 16 years AxisIMA has accompanied this project with engineering design, environmental studies, procedures and permits, supervision and monitoring in environmental matters.
Conclusions:
Yucatán Country Club has an infrastructure fully compatible with the requirements of environmental sustainability according to local and federal environmental legislation. Given the large land reserves, real estate clusters continue to be developed in a manner compatible with the growth needs of the city.
