Description:
The project consisted in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental management for the urbanization of a mixed-use real estate development that includes: services, shops, offices, housing, roads, recreational areas and a lake. The total area of the project covered more than 247 thousand m2.
AxisIMA® Services:
Departing from the project supplied by the client, AxisIMA® carried out all the activities required in environmental matters, including the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment and follow up with authorities until obtaining the required authorizations for the execution of the work.
Conclusions:
The corresponding authorizations were obtained and AxisIMA® carried out the environmental supervision during the execution.
