Description:
State Government of Yucatán through Environmental Ministry, required a 7 km beachfront recovery project consisted of rearranging, eliminating and / or correcting the structures installed along the coast (breakwaters, spurs, breakwaters, rubble, etc.). This added to a strategic sand filling plan. The engineering, design and environmental management was carried out with the basic objective of providing a stable beach 20 meters width along the 7 km of coast covered in the project.
