BACKGROUND
The “Espacio, Puerto Cancún” project consists of a mixed-use development that is made up of 6 levels and houses 8,518.02 m2 of offices, 4,187.63 m2 of commerce and a total of 548 parking spaces, distributed on the ground floor and a basement; giving a total of 32,927.50 m2 of construction. Because the project borders a mangrove area of high environmental sensitivity, the project is an example of the compatibility of infrastructure integration with highly sensitive ecosystems.

AxisIMA® participates as supervisors in environmental matters and permanent advisers on the site to develop the project in accordance with current environmental legislation
RESULTS
During building construction, AxisIMA® is in charge of all the training of construction personnel in environmental care and develops supervision, covering all requirements in accordance with current regulations on environmental matters.
